Product description

The economic hammer plug - quick and easy insertion of metric threaded ends

Innovative design allows quick and time-saving installation - without special tools.
Short plug length prevents hitting reinforcement in reinforced concrete.
The toothing on the inside corresponds to the pitch of the metric thread, ensuring a firm and solid connection.
The plug's collar guarantees correct mounting.
Easy to check and adjust: Check the anchoring depth with the plug's closed tip.
The innovative design allows quick and easy mounting of the threaded rod.
The short plug length prevents hitting rebar during assembly.
The toothing on the inside allows the use of common metric threaded ends, threaded pins and bolts. This eliminates the need to stock a wide range of products.
Assembly without special tools, a hammer is sufficient.
The collar of the plug functions as a visual check. If it lies flush with the surface, the plug is correctly inserted.
Easy to adjust: the tip of the plug can be punched through, allowing the threaded rod to be inserted deeper.

The RodForce FGD is an economical choice for fixing metric threaded ends in solid substrates. The threaded end and nylon plug are easily and quickly inserted with a few hammer blows. The short plug length prevents hitting rebar and reduces drilling time. The closed tip indicates the anchoring depth, but the threaded rod can also be hammered through the tip to set the protruding thread.
